Claire R. Chang is a contemplative psychotherapist, consultant and supervisor in private practice. She has worked in the mental health field in Australia and the United States for the past 20 years. In addition to extensive professional education and training, her clinical work is informed by two decades as a Buddhist and yoga practitioner, the wisdom of the great outdoors, and lived experience traversing and transforming her own complex, chronic and extreme mental health issues. Her subsequent mission in life: to support others to do similarly.
