Recovering sanity offers psychotherapy, consultation and supervision services that specialise in working in the depths and expanse of human consciousness. The ‘typical’ client has previously tried many mental health professionals, experienced a range of treatments and treatment environments, received multiple psychiatric labels, and are navigating the challenges of, for example, dissociative identity disorder, schizophrenia, psychosis, complex trauma, suicidality, self-harm, neurodivergence or issues of spirituality. That is, their issues might be described as complex, chronic and/or extreme.  If this describes you – or a family member or friend – you are in the right place.  To take the next step toward recovering a sense of inner stability and sanity…

& inspiration
